Joomla! Business Conditional Use Logo Registration

The conditional use logos and stickers displayed below may be used on websites and in printed materials without specific written permission under the following conditions:

• Your name or logo is larger or more prominent than the Joomla! logo or sticker.
• You comply at all times with any version of the GNU General Public License applicable to any copyrightable work released by OSM, comply with the Joomla! Electronic Documentation License for work of the project released under those terms, and respect the copyright in all other works published by the Joomla! Project or Open Source Matters.
• You acknowledge the superior rights of Open Source Matters in the trademarks for the Joomla! name and logo and agree not to register or seek to register any trademark including the name or logo in any country.  You further agree that you will not acquire rights in any conditional use logo or sticker.
• There is no confusion created between your use and the Joomla! Project or Open Source Matters and no implication that the content of the surrounding materials is endorsed by the Joomla! Project or Open Source Matters.
• The use is not detrimental,i.e., harmful or damaging, to the value of any of the Joomla Marks, or to Open Source Matters, its brand integrity, reputation or goodwill, such as use in connection with products, services or other content that (a) is vulgar, obscene, or pornographic, (b) includes statements concerning OSM or the Joomla! project that are libelous, slanderous or otherwise defamatory, (c)  would be considered a criminal offense or would encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or (d) would create any civil liability.
• The logo or sticker is not increased in size or modified in any way, except that a decrease in size is permitted as long as the proportions remain the same.
• This limited license does not include the right to use any conditional use logo, sticker or any other trademark of Open Source Matters as a trademark to promote your own products or services.  For example, no conditional use logo may be used on any product packaging or documentation, CD-ROM or diskette labels.
• USE OF ANY CONDITIONAL USE LOGO OR STICKER IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE USES PERMITTED BY OPEN SOURCE MATTERS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• You agree to indemnify Open Source Matters and the Joomla! Project against any legal or other costs created by your use of the sticker or logo.
• All uses of conditional use logos or stickers also must be in full compliance with the trademark, licensing and related policies as published by Open Source Matters (and which may be changed from time to time). These policies and the conditions listed above may be changed from time to time without notice. Any changes will be available on the opensourcematters.org website.  By using the conditional use logos or stickers, you agree to the terms contained herein.
• On any web based use the logo includes a link directly to joomla.org.
• Your busines name and logo are always larger and more prominent than the Joomla! sticker or logo and neither your busisness name nor any of its product or services names do not include Joomla!, Joomla, J!, Joom, Jom, Joo or  any other similar string OR  such name use has been pre-approved by Open Source Matters in writing.
• The following disclaimer is included on print or web pages containing the image:
  This business [you may substitute your product name] is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Joomla! Project.  It is not supported or warranted by the Joomla! Project or Open Source Matters.  The Joomla! logo is used under a limited license granted by Open Source Matters the  trademark holder in the United States and other countries.

Violation of any of these policies or of the general conditional use policies results in the immediate withdrawal of permission to use these logos. You are responsible for self-policing on compliance with these terms.  You are required to cease any use of these logos or stickers immediately upon notification by Open Source Matters.
