We are pleased to announce that the terms of the following two board members of Open Source Matters, Inc. (OSM) have been extended by a year:

• Ryan Ozimek
• James Vasile

James shares his legal skills, and wisdom from years of experience in FOSS projects, with the OSM board, and Ryan has been one of the chief Joomla!® and Open Source evangelists, in his role as President of the board, reaching out to Joomla! communities world-wide.

The board of Open Source Matters is grateful for their willingness to continue serving on the OSM board, and within the Joomla! Project.
