The Community Oversight Committee informed the board of Open Source Matters (OSM) that Louis Landry (of the Production Leadership Team) has been added to that group.

These are the members: Brad Baker, Chris Davenport, Sam Moffatt, Wendy Robinson and Louis Landry.

The Community Oversight Committee is a structure that exists in terms of Article IV of the Statutes of OSM, and it's main function is to appoint or remove members of the board.
